Hey guys, I'm looking for some help with choosing a scope for a Sako 300 WSM. I'm considering a Zeiss VM/V 3-10X50 #56 varipoint and a Swaro 4-16X50 TDS-4. I'm leading towards the Swaro. Rifle will be used for whitetail deer hunting and several other out West Hunts. Any input is greatly appreciated! |

They are both great scopes and you could not go wrong with either one. If you are going to be doing some long range shooting the Swarovski 4-16x50 with the TDS reticle would be the scope I would go with.

I agree with Sniper. I like the Vari-point dot reticle, but NOT for going out West to shoot long range. Here in Carolina the Vari-point would be a great choice.
I'd go Zeiss, with a differant reticle. If I went with the Swaro, I would probably go with the A-Line series and the TDS.
Both scopes are outstanding, as stated.
