Has anyone tried the new Swarovski 2-12x50 Z6 ? if so how about a review, I have an older 2 1/2 to 10 swaro and love it. I like the idea of the wider field of vision. If any forum members are useing one let us know what you think of it and how it compares to the top scopes.

I have not used one in the field.
But I went to a Swarovski open day a few weeks ago.
I tried all the new range of Z6's out.
In a word they are awsome probably the best image I have ever seen through a scope.
Not many reticle options but the new TDS plex was good.
The 4a was the best I thought and the plex is way too small.
To be honest I found the 1.7-10 X42 a lot brighter and clearer than the 2-12X50.
They are all light and very well made they all had 30mm tubes.
When zooming in and out with 6X to play with it felt like the scope would just keep zooming forever.
