Question for the group...

Have the opportunity to pick up a PH 2.5-10x42 in a #1 reticle for a pretty good deal.  I was wondering if anyone owns or has used that reticle before and their thoughts on it.  I could always have the reticle changed by SONA, but am curious to waht everyone thinks before I take the plunge.  I've looked through it, but not at any game at a distance.

Thanks in advance.

It is one of the better low light reticle out there.  It is hard to do holdover with it, though.

Good reticle, just not as popular as the 4A . It is still a really good low-light choice.

If this is a German #1 they are great. At this time Swarovski does not show one on there web site to be sure if it is the same. The tapered point on top of the bold post is fast. If you are using Kentucky hold over it can obscure a small target at range.

In my opinion the best all around non illuminated reticle for everything, exept for hold over.

Appreciate all of the input.  For the 650 it will run me, I can't think of a better deal.  Now, I just have to decide which rifle to put it on...  270/30-06/7 RM/6.5x55/243...
