Does anyone have authoritative information on the size of the Dots in the SS scopes?

i.e are they .22 mil or .25 mils or something else?

And are they the same on all the versions?

As far as I know, the dots are .2 mils. So from the center cross to the center of each dot is a mil. In between each dot is .8 mils. And yes I do believe that all S.S. models use standard round, .2 mil dots

Most optics companies r going with .2 mil dot dot subtensions since it's easier to interpolate between dots using a base 10 system...but there r some deviations here and there.

I'd like to know the answer to this question to.

According to supersniper.com, all S.S. scopes come with standard Army mil dots. Which according to mildot.com are .2 mils in diameter and 1 mil center to center.

I am still really interested in an Authoritative answer :)

And to make it just a wee bit more complicated can we clarify which Mils we are using? The 6280, 6400, or 6283 units per rotation?

My guess is .22 using 6283 rather than the artillery scale.
