Awesome!!!  Excellent Growing up I always liked the 'Cuda's better than the Challenger's.

Back in the day my two favorite muscle cars were the 'Cuda ('71 Hemi 'Cuda in Plum Crazy or black) and Shelby Cobra ('68 convertible GT350 in any color except red) .

Gotta love these new retro versions of the old muscle cars (like the Mustang) and wish that some day they'd come out with a new version of the 'Cuda.  Thunbs Up

My first car was a 70 Dodge Challenger. I sure would like to have it back. I also liked the Backaruda (for those who remember that), the bodies were the only difference between the two. If I had waited a week I would have had a Barricuda set up the same as the Challenger I bought.

Nice!!  Thunbs Up

Back in High School most everyone into muscle cars had Mustangs and Camero's but to have a 'Cuda or Challenger seemed to be the prize to have. I was one of the Mustang owners ('67 GT with the stock HP 289 motor), I miss that car.

I had a couple buddies who both had 1970 AAR 'Cuda's (340 six pack motors), one who had just a basic '71 model with the 383 magnum motor, and a shop teacher who had a '71 'Cuda with the 440 six pack package. Only one of my close friends had a Challenger, '70 T/A with 383 Mag. It seemed to be a step up in interior and slightly larger exterior body vs. my other buddies' 'Cuda's. I drove all of 'em except for my shop teacher's. He had a lead foot and was forced to sell his shortly after he bought it or loose his job so I never had the opportunity to drive his.  Big Smile

No Doug, if you reference this as  a barracuda, then you are getting old................................
