Steiners are lacking big time in my opinion. Everyone I have looked through I have been let down.

No, though I've only compared them to the 8x42 Razor. The Razors have better optics in all aspects. I can say that the Steiners that my hunting buddy has have seen extremely rough use for twenty five years and are still ticking. I have no problem using them. The durability of the Razors won't be known for several years. I can guarantee there will be a line for the daily bino swap when it comes to the Razors. Edited by tahqua - February/19/2008 at 07:07 |

+1
they take a little getting used to at first, as they dont have the center focus like all the others I have played with.
