The article was from the New York Times and featured a photo from Cheaper Than Dirt in Ft. Worth.  The aricle was not so much pro-gun but what would you expect from The NYT.

Obama knows what happened to the house the last time (Brady Bill) a president messed with the NRA.  He will wait until after the mid-term elections before he starts on guns.

He wants the best chance of re-election. You know something is a foot when so many of the estblished names in the dem party are stepping aside.
I still say one of the biggest issues we need to address is the continuation of their salaries when they leave office. Once they are elected, they literally have nothing to lose. Not to mention the ever growing strain that is put upon the taxpayers.

Absolutely Chris,
Folks may call him a lot of things! But if you call him stupid you do it at the peril of your cause.

I could live with that.... Considering where they take us with their policies. Policies that benefit only a continued use of tax revenues to buy votes, indoctrinate the youth, and grow an already overly burdensome and out of constitutional scope government. Let them see what we the people have to live like.

I agree Billy, most of these people have never had to live like the rest of us in the private sector and I'm not sure they could.

Thats why when China forces Wall Street to REALLY crash you will see so many of them jumping out of 20 story windows. They can't conceive of living such meager lives.
