Last year I put an SS20 on a Rem 40X 6mm.  I'm having a lot of problem with light flare off the inside of the tube glaring off the lenses anytime I'm remotely facing the sun; its so bad, I can't often see the target clearly.  Never had this problem with any other scope to this degree, not even with my SS10s or the SS16 on my 300 Win.  Ideas? Recommendations?  Why is this particular scope so bad?

I've shot target and benchrest for years, using scopes that range from 12 to 36 power. I can't believe how bad this scope is; I have really liked the Super Sniper series up to this point.

Just shut up and shoot.

Oh Oh, I just ordered a 20XSS.  I hate glare.  If there is a problem with it, it will be promply returned.  I will post the results when I get it.  My 24X Tasco only has a touch of glare.  I can tolerate a little, but if it results in a "white out", I consider that a defect.
If it ain't accurate at long distance, the fact that it is flat shooting is irrelevant.
