Hi all,

I'm thinking hard about one of the SS 10x42 scopes.  I'll be using it on a rimfire rifle and I want to use two different types of ammo.  Subsonic most of the time but HV some time as well.

I need to know if I can sight this scope in with one ammo type then the other and just by keeping up with my windage and elevation changes switch from one to the other without making a trip to the range everytime I change.  That's repeatability, right?  Thanks,

Paul

That's repeatability.

The SS is probably the most reliably repeatable under $1000.00 scope on the market today.

Mine has been great. It stays zeroed and you can go all over the place playing around with the dials and then come back to exactly where you started. I have a used one that is on my 700 heavy barrel 308 and it works fantastic. I also have a high end Leup tactical on a custom built mauser sniper rifle I have The glass on the SS is very close to the  Leup and I just like it better for some reason. Those are scopes that seem like they ought to cost 6-800$ based on how they look, work, and handle. Good luck! Mauserdoc
