This is a Lyman turret press (unknown model) and powder measure that I aquired from my dad after the son of a neighbor of his died and the family gave all of his shooting-related stuff to my dad (much of which he subsequently gave to me.)  As nice as it is, I already have a full set up for reloading so; it's just going to sit and gather dust.

The turret press allows up to three (depending on the type) different sets of dies to be simultaneously mounted and indexed at will with a simple turn of the turret. Both the press and the powder measure are mounted to a very nice, very sturdy wood frame.  The frame has slots cut in to allow it to be permanantly mounted to a reloading bench if desired.  However, as long as you are not doing any heavy, full-length resizing (i.e your just seating bullets or at most neck-resizing) it is sturdy enough to be used without mounting it at all.  This would make it fairly convenient for someone who doesn't have the space (or a bench) to have a full-time reloading area in their home but would still like to do some light reloading.

I will ship the entire unit to your door for $150.

What else would I need with this (beside the dies, powder, primer, brass, powder) to start reloading? I've been looking at the RCBS kits. How does this stuff stack up ?

scale, case trimmer powder trickler lyman stuff is ok i prefer rcbs myself but the lyman powder dispenser imo is the best hand operated dispenser money can buy. rcbs stuff is good too, redding is the cadillac stuff, rcbs is more like a truck hard working cheaper but high quality and they have dies for everything.

You might need to add bullets to your list.

Actually Pyro6999 pretty well summed it up.  Eventually, you will want a lube pad + lube, and a primer tablet (or better yet one of the various hand-held primer tools.)  You might find a micrometer useful. Depending on how serious you get about the task there is an endless supply of stuff you can add to your collection later.

As far as quality goes I don't see any real difference between this Lyman stuff and my primary reloading set-up, which is RCBS brand.  They seem fairly comparable.
