Hello,

I am in the market for a new knife.
What kind of blades do you have/like?

I like SOG Knives, what are some other alternatives in 50-100$ price range?

Thanks!

I've been real happy carrying this guy -
SWFA SS Timberline SOC Folding Knife SWFA SS Timberline SOC Folding Knife
Stock # - SWFASS4311
  • Folding Locking Liner
  • Coyote Tan Finish
  • 3.25" Blade Length
  • Combination Edge
  • SWFA SS Logo Laser Engraved on Blade
$49.95
Holds an edge great and size is perfect.  Not to small to be used in a pinch for self defense should I have nothing else and not to large to be bulky to carry.

It is a great knife! Has held up better than most I've carried.

I picked up a SOG Trident awhile back and returned it after comparing it to my Zero Tolerance ZT 350 Serrated. ZT knifes hold an edge very well, and are very solid. I see ZT 350s blems for $95. Normally they run about $140 and up. The SOG is a nice knife, but I like my ZTs much better. Even better than my Benchmade knifes. I have two ZT blems myself and would not hesitate to purchase another blem.

I like mine as well. Good knife and I'm hard on blades.
