Ok, Hunter Wicked Optics 3-12x42mm has been mounted on the .300WSM and I got in to the range this past weekend.

The range was a bit busy, so we had 30 minute time limits. Puker

Shooting Remington 150gr PSP Core Lokts, I got it down to around a 2" grouping, even with the time constaint, including two "Red Light" periods for new shooters to hang targets which ate up some time.

Likes:  Frankly, I think that the scope is visually pleasing; I really like the way that it looks on the rifle!  Adjustments are accurate and do exactly what they are told to do.  Eye relief is GREAT, especially for a 3-12x variable scope.  I like the duplex reticle that it comes from the factory with better than some other duplexes (such as the Elite 4200 that I have).  Price is right ($190).  Optically, it's really not bad at all.

Dislikes:  It's a little on the heavy side, but that might not be a bad thing with the way this .300 kicks!  Glass is multi-coated, etc., but not QUITE as clear as some other manufacturers (such as my Elite 4200) though it is plenty good enough for most applications.  Adjustible objective which could potentially cost you a shot in the field if adjustments need to be made to distinguish between small objects at varying distances (this isn't a problem at a range).

I had posted earlier that this scope, after doing some research, was found to be based off of the Burris FFII and after comparing it to my buddy's Burris, have to say that the likeliness doesn't seem at all coincidental.  They are very similar in not only appearance, but features and optically as well.

I am going to get back into the range soon and, given the ability that it is showing to hold groups, am confident that I will be able to get it right around MOA.

I appreciate it bud!

Wife bought it for me back in '08.  That same season, I let my brother take it out ONE day and he brought it back with a LITTLE scratch on the butt, just in front of the recoil pad.

I was a little upset as I am VERY meticulous with my rifles, but what can you do?

It's definitely a shooter...even with that "cheapy" scope on her.

You like the looks of the scope at all?  Give me some feedback on it, since it's in the spotlight, if you wouldn't mind.
