FYI Anyone interested in the new Sightron SSIII 8-32x56 LRD, 6mmbr.com has a current up to date review this past week. I'm looking forward to recieving mine soon and hope it lives up to the reviews. Sounds like decent scope for the money..these old eyes need all the help they can get.

I have only seen the review on their forum.  Do they have another one somewhere?

I recieved mine on may 15, and on the 20th, i got 2 of the 8-32x56 and man what an awesome scope indeed. The clarity is so clear that my eyes have never seen a view like that. I have a vx3 8.5x25x50 and a burris extreme tactical in 6-24-50 along with nikon monarcch 6-20 and these new sightrons are in a who other league, Those other scopes i mentioned dont even come close in optical or mechanical. my buddy has a nightforce br in 12-42x56 and he said himself that my scope is brighter and has better color contrast along with no edge to edge distortion. What else can i say other than im extremely impressed with the new sightron.Big%20Smile

Reloader243,    Thanks and wait till you get yours, I was pacing the floor for the last 3 1/2 months when i heard they were first releasing them also. Now i had them for a few weeks and every day like a little kid i open my gun case get my gun / scope combo and play with it like a little kid plays with his GI-JOE, Sorry im growed up but i cant help the beauty of a new scope. I think were all kids at heart when we purchase a new gun or scope. Reloader243 wait till you get to play with the tracking on that baby! Percision is an under statement when it comes to tracking, they track better than any other scope i've ever owned. Enjoy your new scope reloader243 and let me know what you think of her.
I was going to try the new 6500 out but after playing with my buddies and comparing his with my sightron im glad i made the right choice and he's kinda bumed out he didnt wait to get one also , dont get me wrong i love the elites from bushnell but had to give the edge to sightron for more internal adjustment and the glass is much clearer. If you were talking about the older sightrons, the newer model has been totally upgraded with better glass and some other things. Go Sightron.
