Just a Heads-up. A while back I posted a request for information on the new Silhouette scope offering from Sightron, I received very little feedback but I purchased one anyway. FWIW - I posted a review over on Rimfire Central.

Some scopes especially new models I may not have experience with so rather than mislead you I suspect you got very little feedback because most of us are not that familiar with that scope. I do have another Sightron that I really like and I am glad you are enjoying your new scope. I will mention though since you put in a plug for a competitor in your review that SWFA does have a LOW PRICE Guarantee so If you bought it from SWFA you might want to inquire about that, SWFA has always been very good to me on my purchases.

Good review. That's been my impression of Sightron target style scopes as well. Very good but still a bit less than a 4200.

I have that exact scope and I am quite happy with it. I used it in a number of different comparison reviews and also did a short writeup on it specifically:

If you can swing it, go with a S3 6-24x50 or 8-32x56. ILya
