Anybody have one? Looks like a good one. Still looking for the "perfect" scope in a fairly compact size for my CZ 527; need to know the actual (measured) overall length if an owner doesn't mind. Thanks in advance.

I have the Big Sky 4-16x42 duplex- new in box. It measures a hair over 12 7/8"... Sightron lists it at 12.9", so we agree.
Great optics, by the way. To my eyes, it beats my Elite  4200. A neighbor down the street about 100 yds has an old, faded- red "Beware of Dog" sign which I can just almost, but not quite read with the Bushnell, but have no problems with the Sightron. This might be some sort of color resolution thing, or maybe, contrast, as the sign is really washed out and generally pink. I don't know- I've tried several times-  just can't quite make out the words with the Bushnell. I found that disappointing.
I think I might sell this Sightron, because I really don't need 16x and already want something else. The Bushnell is definitely going on the auction block.

Thanks for the info. Know what you mean about the Bushnells; wonder if it might be the Rainguard coating? Is that Sightron reticle a fine duplex? Was wanting a mil-dot, but might consider a duplex (for varmints) if it's not too heavy.

It's a standard duplex. Not sure if you've seen one, but Sightron duplex is more visible- stays black and doesn't turn silver/colors- than just about everything else out there.
