I have two 22LR rifles that I need to find optics for. This will be used entirely for paper punching and target shooting.
The first setup is a magnum research MLR-1722 like this:
What would you use? What would cost the least and still give good performance. High magnification. It's a nice gun I got for a good price so I want a nice scope that isn;t ridiculous in price.
The other is a Ruger 10/22 with a tactical solution x-ring SB-X barrel. Muzzle length shortened to 12" to use with my silencer.
I'd like a red-dot for this but the same rules apply. A point where good performance meets a price that is not outrageous. Inexpensive but not needing an upgrade any time in teh future.
I have a lot of used scopes on my other rifles but haven't ran across anything yet.
