These are my choices:

Leupold 6x42 fx-2

Leupold 2.5-8x 36 vx3

Bushnell elite 3-9x40

Sightron 3-9x42 s11 big sky

weaver 2-8x35

Burris 3-9x40 fulfield 2

Or if there is something better.I would appreciate your help.Thanks

What criteria are we to meet? I'm referring to stuff like type of hunting to be performed, typical terrain and distances, personal preferences such as size, weight, FFP or SFP, budget... etc.
If we're not suppose to eat animals...how come they're made of meat?

I will be hunting whitetails.My shots will usually be less than 100 yards.I hunt the thickets of Tennessee.

FX-3 is a good scope and if his budget was around $400 it would easily be one of the best options.

For $800, however, I would go the other way, personally.
