I have acquired a Remmy VLS in .308, and have a spare Super Sniper 16x to mount on it. If my max target distance would be 600 yds, would I need a 20 MOA base, or would the scope have enough adjustment for a std. base?

Thanks in advance.

The scope has 120 MOA total elevation. It should easily have enough elevation with a 0 MOA base. With a 100-yard zero, 60 MOA would take my .308 load out past 1350 yards.
Reaction time is a factor...

and that is why the .308 is the greatest bang for the buck people.....it is cheap to shooy, dependable, accurate out to 800 and even 1000 if you know what you are doing, many options as far as manufacturers and design. I love this gun. Me personally,,,i carry a savage10fp with a BC stocks.

The Super Sniper is an awesome scope for the money!! I have owned many of them, and I have never had a problem with any of them yet. Any of the SS's will get you out to 1000 without any troubles at all.
