Ok, looking to shoot 100-500 yards. do I need anything more than a 0 moa mount?

One piece or 2 and what scope rings? Trying to stay under 700 for the scope...

Most of my shooting in hi-power iron sights so the whole scope thing is new to me.

What caliber are you shooting in that 700?
if it .308.

It is a new, premium , sort of limited production scope in the Super Sniper line. The HD stands for both High Definition, and Heavy Duty. According to those who have tried one, it is an EXTREMELY nice scope.
I would love to have one myself...

That is a totally different animal, but I thought you wanted to stay under 700 dollars.
But yes, I love the 10X42M but the HD would be SWEETER.

Notice the different turrets, that gives it away a little.
