Firearm was purchased at a gun show in the late 80's, and is in good condition overall. It has been hunted with a lot and has a couple very minor dings as well as some light wear in a few spots. The Case coloring on the receiver has faded slightly, but still looks very nice. I had a gunsmith work on the trigger as the firearm was produced during the era when savage was making horrible "lawyer proof" triggers. It is much more crisp and breaks cleanly now. It has also had a Lyman sight installed and when tuned in, it is very accurate so long as you have good eyes.

Overall it is a very nice gun, and would make an excellent firearm for someone looking for a versatile and fast handling squirrel gun. I'm asking 300 dollars plus shipping. Please make sure your FFL is alright with accepting a firearm from a private individual not a dealer.
