I have a Savage Model #0433B w/ Savage rings in the original box.  Never been mounted.
Does anyone know possibly the age of this scope and if it is good quality?
I was thinking of mounting on a Ruger K77 243.
Would this be a good fit?

That scope is a 1960s scope that was made in  Japan. I never saw one except in the old catalogs from the old days...and I've seen some photos of ones for sale on e-bay. Some people collect them. A New In Box specimen would be nice. I'm sure it's a decent scope. Probably like the Bushnells and Swifts of the same era. I wouldn't throw it away.   --Ed
