can someone help me find ring measurements? both talley and warne don't seem to have this information readily available.

i'm trying to mount a scope on a heavy contour tikka rifle; both warne and talley make rings that should work. i don't know what height rings to use though.

the OD of the objective is 53mm, plus say 3mm for flip-ups, the grooved tikka receiver adds about 1mm of height, so i need the centerline of the scope raised about 29mm from receiver, or about  1.14in. its a one-inch tube, so the material thickness needs to be about 16mm, or .64in.

is my math right? and where can i find the actual ring measurements to know what to get? thanks in advance.
