Zeiss Conquest 6.5 20X 50mm - Rem 700 VLS - Millett picatinny base - TPS / TSR Rings

Not sure of the thickness of the Millett Rail. Are they standard at 7mm/.276" ?

Objective O.D = 2.205" --- divided by 2 = 1.102"

1.102" + .118"  (for Butler Creek cap) = 1.220"

Millett picatinny base = .276" thick  (Badger Ordnance dimension)

1.220 - .276" = .944"

TPS / TSR medium rings = .985"

.985" - .944" = .041" clearance of barrel

Thanks for any help.

Mike
