Hi all  I was in a pawon shop yesterday  and was a making my rounds and saw Steyr SSG P-II for $1200.00 in Exc. shape What do  you thing about the price he is firm on $1200.00 thanks for your help

I guess you are referring to a PII/PIIK?  According to the Blue Book of Gun Values, in 95% condition in a synthetic stock, they value the rifle at 1300 and if in a walnut stock and 15 dollars and if it has sights add 111 dollars.

Thanks Dolphin I always wanted one , and  thay look cool . It is the SSG-II 25.5 inch barrel. IOR scope and mounts and she will be good to go

Sounds like a deal.  Show us some pics when you get everything set up.  What caliber is it in?  .308?  Synthetic or Walnut?  Does it have open sights?

Steyer makes excellent rifles and I would recommend going for it. They are usually very good shooters

Sorry took  some time to get back with you guys  I got the SSG-II today It has syn. stock 308 and no sights . I am a gun smith by trade and I have alot of work to do, customers come first. I got to get a scope and mounts IOR  hard to beat for the bang for buck . I will get pic as soon as I can and thanks for your help Big%20Smile
