Have anyone used the Nosler Custom Ammunition? I have a Browning A-Bolt 7mm, and would like to try some in a 150gr. or 160gr. Are they worth the money? I'm useing Remington Premier Scirocco in a 150gr. And I'm starting to have problem with them. My groups seem to have spread.

I have used the Nosler custom in 7mmRemMag, 7mm08 and 30-06.  All are outstanding.  Velocities are good and accuracy is all I could ask for.  In 7mm08, 120gr, my daughter was shooting 1/2MOA.
Opinion,untempered by fact,is ignorance.

I have also had good luck with Nosler Custom ammunition.

However, often when a rifle that was shooting certain ammunition well, starts shooting significantly looser groups there is another problem.  A bedding problem is common, but it can also be severe copper fouling.

In my teenage years, I shot a rifle that shot really tight groups, and I only cleaned with a nitro solvent.  Eventually groups widened significantly, and a local gunsmith borescoped my rifle, finding copper filling the grooves of the bore.  After some aggressive copper solvents and hours of scrubbing, it was back to shooting great.

Kind of an embarrassing story for me, but maybe it can save somebody some trouble.
