I have an Elite 4200 3x9x40 scope with a Multi-X reticle. I love the glass, just wish that it had the #4A reticle. I called Bushnell Customer Support and asked about their reticle replacement service. They told me that the 4A is not available on this model, but that there are some scope repair shops which are doing it. Did anybody have this type of reticle replacement done? Can you recommend a shop? Thanks.

I cannot recommend a shop, but would imagine the cost would be prohibitive, meaning, it would probably be better to sell the scope you have and buy another scope with the reticle that you want.  You do not have to stick with the same brand and could find another of equal quality at a similar cost with the reticle that you want.

I concur with, Dolphin.

Sell the scope and replace with a scope and a desired reticle, my friend.
