The red insert taken from the review:

The barrel we had for the day of shooting was new and had yet to be broken in. However, this same rifle had on previous occasions averaged 0.3-MOA at 300 meters with the .338 Lapua and 0.5-MOA at 1200 meters with the .300 Win Mag.

I take it that this particular barrel did not shoot to well!!! No MOA accuracy given.
And we all know about the myth that a barrel has to be "broken" in. That is best left to horses and brokeback mountain dudes!!!

I wonder why Remington did not incorperate an adjustable trigger. After all there are several after market adjustable triggers for the 700, AND Remington bought a company that had just introduced an adjustable trigger similar to Savage's (I think Marlin maybe).
This looks like a very interesting rifle. Probably out of my price range though.

What I have seen is the video showing how easily changing it around for a different caliber and application are. It's a very well thought out platform. Nothing spells expensive better than convenience of application change. So I'm guessing I won't be able to afford one.

I read on teh Hide, that just the Chasis costs $1100.  So you can imagine what the rest of it will cost.

I have also read other people claiming MSR is from $10,000 to $15,000.  Either way it sounds freaking expensive.  Makes the Savage or DSR look that much better.

10-15k  DANG.  I would much rather have one of those Desert Tactical Arms guns like ILya has. Its modular as well.

If you are going to spend $10-$15k, get a PSG-1...
Yes, I know it is only one caliber, but I don't trust reconfigurable rifles...

If my employer wants to give me a $15,000 rifle and supply the technical support then I'll take it as long as they'll let me have it. If I'm going to spend $15,000 on a firearm it's going to be a non-depreatiatable investment.

While I love the Styer AUG, and it can be reconfigured to almost any mission, I do know that a barrel swap will shift the POI significantly.
