I really like the reticle in the Redfield Revenge. Exactly what I am looking for to go on my 7mm Rem Mag. What am I giving up glass wise comparing it to a Diamondback or Viper?

Allot.
I had a redfiedl with that reticle and while neat isn't what I'd pick for that price point. The diamondback is much better IMO and feels much more durable. The adjustment turrets/knobs feel allot more stout and sturdy. The Viper would be leaps and bounds better rather than just leaps.
I had the redfield on my 17hmr when I first picked it up. I didn't keep it on there more than a week because i was disappointed in it.

I felt like that was gonna be the answer I got. I have a Diamondback 3-9x40 on a .270 win and I am constantly grabbing that rifle on the way to the woods to hunt. It just seems to do everything I want it to do without worrying about damaging a $700 -$1000 scope. I have Conquests and I have s PST, but the Diamondback finds it's way on my hunting trips.
My Savage 110 flat back receiver 7mm mag needs a scope now and it doesn't like scopes with limited mounting space on the main tube. The diamondbacks cut it close.

There is a standard Viper 4-12 that I can highly recommend as well.

I went with the Diamondback 3.5-10x50. Gonna get a DNZ mount. The rifle is custom. It has a stockade custom stock and was bedded by them as well. Timney trigger installed. Plus the rifle was my brother's who died when he was 16 so it means a lot to me. Anyways it's a bigger rifle and the 50mm will look right at home on it.

If you haven't already gotten the DNZ I can also recommend the Talley lightweight aluminum mounts. Use them on all my hunting rigs. I like the DNZ but its heavier than the Talley's

Did you have any issues with the Talleys? Like when trying to level the reticle, the scope will not seat all the way down til you start tightening the tops. Then you can't twist the scope any more.
