243, 9lbs. Sans optics, Informal target and recreation shooting. Like being able to dial in parallax, not steady enough to use to much magnification over 12-14x. May stand hunt with it

Thought I wanted a Trijicon 3x9 mildot green, after research and really looking at what the use for the scope would be think I found better.

Between a Weaver Tactical 3x15 or a Bushnell Tactical 2.5X16.

What would you go with in the sub 800 range? Thanks for any help.

I would agree with SVT, the Weaver is the way to go.

Thank you, going with Weaver.  You provided peace of mind.  Best wishes in all things.

good choice.  There was one on the "used" rack a while back at the gunstore I visit sometimes.  Looked at it and thought... "not bad".  Better than expected optics.

I think Weaver makes better optics now than they ever did.
