Yesterday I was full length resizing some once fired 22-250 cases and the decapping pin and expander bushing came off inside  a case.Well in about thirty years of reloading this has never happened to me.After a little bit of fussing with it I got the bushing  out of the case and after examining it the threads on the rod were bent and damaged.I think the bushing came loose and backed off the thread damaging the rod and threads,so I called RCBS and talked to a rep named Charlie, geez what a pia,he says "what's your name, address,I will ship these out to you today with some extra pins{the pia is pure sarcasm}.What a great company! No bull just give your info and I will send replacement parts today.I'll bet if more companys were run this way we would not be in such bad shape.Take note Toyota, wait what am I thinking they don't care about us.I told Charlie I had just bought these dies and he said he didn't care if they were 30 years old, they would still be replaced with no charge!Sorry about the rant but still boiling from Yamaha Corp not backing a POS outboard I used to own that they refused to fix while still under warranty. Thanks RCBS!

RCBS is the best. Dillon Precision is a very close second IMO.

There are a lot of good things about RCBS. I did go with a Redding press, however, because I didn't like that the castings for RCBS are made in China now. My only other beef has been with ATK - RCBS' parent company - for making sneaky deals to get base commanders to de-mil once-fired brass so they could buy it on the cheap as scrap metal. Often there are still good stories about companies in this industry but sometimes I have to wonder when they get bought up by big holding companies like ATK and Cerberus.
