Hello i would like to know if there is any gizmo/eyepiece/add on in order to make a simple pair of binoculars (breaker optical 7x50 in my case) to rangefinder binoculars

I prefer Porro prism binoculars especially those made in Japan. (i.e. Minox BD 10x44 BP) 8>)

B)when i was talking about rangefinder i was thinking mabey a reticle somthing like that "do not post links that may be in competition to the sponsor/owner of the OT Forum.  Rules you are required to acknowledge prior to certifying membership explain the restriction" but a lot cheaper
Anyway thank you for your help
