Do all elite 4200's have the rainguard, or is it only on the newer ones?  If the latter, then is there a way to identify one with or without it?  I'm talking about used scopes.  Thanks for any help.

Justin.

The 2 in the 3200 and 4200 designates Rain Guard.  They changed from Elite 3000 and Elite 4000 to Elite 3200 and 4200 when they added Rain Guard so that consumers would have a way of knowing easily which ones have it and which ones don't.
