Are any of you guys running a Bowtech Destroyer 350 ? If so, I am wondering what quiver you use and pro's and con's... do you wish you had something else?  Also my bow is in the digital camo, and I am looking for the same camo on my quiver, but have been coming up dry so far.  Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Well anyhow, I was unaware that the Quiver mounted to the site, I wound up going with an Octane Quiver.  Feels pretty cheap, but it is lighter than some of the other ones I looked at, and it didn't break the bank.

The primary thing about quivers is are you going to shoot with the quiver on or off. When hunting and praticing I remove the quiver mainly to eliminate to possibility of noise vibration. So I go with a quiver that is easy and quiet to remove. In fact this yr I plan to carry a hip quiver to see if I like it better. If you decide to shoot with it on then get one that mounts solid and doesn't make unwanted noise. Another thing to consider is the arrow holder in the quiver. I have found that the ones with a stiff or hard rubber will get loose over time and the arrows will slide up and down and rattle if you shoot with the quiver on (especially in cold weather). The softer material may be prone to drop an arrow if caught in brush or limbs but are less likely to give trouble in cold weather and let the arrows slide around. I don't think I've ever paid more than 40 bucks for one. Its all in what you want it to do. If it holds em still and quiet thats all I want. I know guys that don't hesitate to pay 100+ and thats great if thats what they want. As long as it works go with it.

Good info Sgt. D, the Octane that I have has the softer rubber so I hope it holds up well, it usually doesn't get below freezing here until after hunting season.  It is detachable, but it is a really tight fit, pretty much a pain in the ace to remove it.  I do plan on hunting with it on.   I will be skipping this season with the bow and just be rifle hunting, so I should have plenty of time to decide how well it works before actually hunting with it.

Hope you enjoy bowhunting as much as I do. I bow hunt all season. It is a pain sometimes carrying a bow and a rifle but when that shot presents its self its always worth it. Next season I plan on fillin both turkey tags with the bow. Have to wait and see how that plan turns out!!
