Just purchased a Remington 700 SPS in 22-250.  I have Badger rings and a Harris Bi-Pod already.  I just need the finishing touch.  I'm going to SD in 3 weeks and need to settle on a scope most ricky-tick.  I'd like to stick to 1" tube if possible so I can use my current rings.  Although 30mm rings are always an option.

Want to keep scope in the $600 and under range, and it must have target knobs.  I was thinking of the Super Sniper 10x with side focus.  But not sure if 10x would be all that great for dogs and yotes both.

Thoughts and opinions would be fantastic.  And Thanks,

Thanks for the suggestions Cheaptrick.  I could have sworn that I looked through all the Bushnells, but I don't recall seeing that Elite you have posted.  I like your Nikon also...so you think I need variable power settings regardless of the scope I go with?

And my Badger rings are the standard height 1" rings.  4 hex screws per ring.

I'm a huge SS fan, but I think you'd be "better served" with a variable for varmints.

I currently own a Signature Series Burris 8x32-44 and it's crystal clear.  So I was thinking of this Burris.

The Burris above would be great for pdogs but a little much on the low end for yotes, I like a 3 or 4 with more field of view available but it is each to his own preference.
