Just sent in my order for a new set of meopta meostar 10x42's and a Nikon 20-60x82mm Prostaff spotter.  I know its not top end glass but its a big step up from my 40$ bushnell walmart binos and 70$ tasco spotter that ive used for years.  I have a little bit of a sick feeling in my gut. Hope it goes away when i look through some better glassBig Grin

Should be here friday and my muley hunt starts saturday, No breaks for the UPS man, none.

Let the waiting begin............

Never have seen the Nikon spotter, but what you ordered is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much better than what it replaces, you are far more likely to go WOW.  Your buyer's remorse is pretty typical, but I don't think it will last long.

Those Meostars are right up there with the best, in practical terms.

I agree this is a very servicable combination and should provide you with years of enjoyment. The Meostars are fantastic pair of bino's!

Don't worry, the only time you'll get a sick feeling now, is when you look through your old glass. Sometimes I wonder how I used to do it. The difference is astounding from alpha glass to very low end glass. Meopta makes a very nice bino.
