" Well, no one seems to be answering you about Pueblo.  I never lived in Pueblo but I'm sure there are places to shoot.  Down the road in Trinidad is Trinidad State Junior College, which has one of the seven accredited Gunsmithing college degrees available in America...and eighteen miles south of Trinidad is Raton, NM and ten miles south of Raton is the NRA Whittington Center---the biggest shooting range in America. Yeah, its laws are changing some I hear. Not like Oregon and WA. where Im from. Oregon allows Automatic Knives as in the Benchmade brand I sell. Only a handful of states allow them to anyone other then military and poilce, just an example of the difference in state law. Im afraid the laws may be changing everywhere sooner or later, I sure hope not though....

I have a couple nice AR's and a bunch of HC magazines, and a couple Glocks with HC mags, the Baby Glock has 4 31 roundersBig Grin  great for target shooting!

That Gunsmithing School in NM interests me though. I just sent a email off to inquire Bugs...

The gunsmithing school is in Trinidad CO, just over the state line from Good Ole New Mexico.  Chuck Grace ( the Gunmaker ) teaches there because he graduated from there ( in 1971, I believe )

Julio, another one of the accredited gun-smithing schools is Yavapai College here in AZ... And we don't have any stupid magazine bans. As a matter of fact, we are one of the few constitutional carry states, meaning you can carry open or concealed. Your choice, no permit required!

I had no idea how expensive it is to go to a school like that, plus how many folks want to become a gunsmith on top of it.They choose 17 out of about 55 every semester, interesting...
Anyway, Thanks Ed!    I may pursue it more later
