i know a couple people that has them, and i plan on getting one in the near future myself. i would use a burris handgun scope with ballistic plex, and a A/O. the 3-12 maybe, or maybe the next power range down.

Depends on what you will be using it for.  I would prefer a http://www.riflescopes.com/products/LEU35833/leupold_handgun_eer_2x20.htm - Leupold 2x myself because they are much easier and faster to use.  If you want to shoot long range then Burris has the market with their http://www.riflescopes.com/products/200309/burris_handgun_3-12x32.htm - 3-12x32 Ballistic Plex model.

http://www.riflescopes.com/departments/193/handgun_scopes/leupold_handgun.htm - Leupold 2x20 or 4x28.   Maybe the 2.5-8 if you have experience shooting a scoped handgun.  The fixed power scopes have a wide field of view and plenty of eye relief.
