Anybody have comments about the following spotting scopes on e-bay: Magnacraft 20-80x70mm cost $59; Zheumell 20-60x60mm cost $199.99 & e-salesUSA auctions a 20-60x60mm cost $47.50. I am looking @ e-bay to find an inexpensive spotting scope cause I'm 65, want to continue shooting my M-1 @ 200yds here in NC but the club I joined( in fact none within a 2hr ride have pits) does not have the convenience of pits for someone to pull your target & mark it. Now I must shoot my 10 rounds -- wait for a cease fire, walk 200yds score my target, walk back 200yds & repeat the sequence all over. Yea I'm retired but I don't want to spend the rest of my life walking back & forth during practice! Hense a inexpensive spotting scope is my answer! Any comments??

I would suggest you look to the Vortex Impact or Burris XTS-2575 spotting scopes or even the Bushnell Trophy or Legend spotting scope lines.  They won't cost (much) more than the scopes you are looking at and would be better overall performers.

I have not found much under three hundred dollars that was worth taking home. The insides are scrachy plastic.  That means things are blurry.

I'd take a look at the Konus scopes. They have a knockoff of the Kowa 821M scope that has gotten pretty good reviews. They are  more expensive than those on e-Bay but they are greatr, even out beyond 300 yards. Again, though, they are NOT Kowas. If interested, send a PM to me and I can give you a link.
