Leaning toward Hornady Lock-n-load AP but Dillon 550-c is a possibility. Would be 300 bulk, 223, and some handgun. I like Hornady quick change and 5 stations, very cheap if not free to changeover. Dillon suggests buying toolhead conversions which are like 110 each.

Any owners have any thoughts?

I ordered a Hornady ammo plant and was very disappointed, for all the bells and whistles it was a PITA. Returned it, I'll stick to my terret press and a Dillion 650 for pistol ammo.

I have had a hornady progressive since 2004ish. Its been awesome. I don't know how many rounds i have loaded with it, tens of thousands. In the last month i have done near 8,000.

I don't have a case feeder or bullet feeder so i can't speak to those. I upgraded to the easy eject 4 or so years ago. I have had a few small parts break here and there. But overall it has just ran and ran for me. I would buy it again in a heart beat.

My biggest dislike of dillon is you use both hands one on each side to put the brass and bullets on. With the hornady you do it both with the left had so the right stays on the handle. I tried them both before i bought and that was annoying to me. Some obviously don't think so.

With the hornady you can get it for around $400 right now and you get 500 free bullets.

I bought one of these 4 or 5 years ago.  IMO it made it into a hole different machine.

These are nice too.  https://inlinefabrication.com/collections/hornady-lock-n-load-ap-ergo-roller-lever/products/bin-barriers - https://inlinefabrication.com/collections/hornady-lock-n-load-ap-ergo-roller-lever/products/bin-barriers

NOT a rock chucker with the progressive upgrade kit.

I have one and its been the biggest PITA. I need to send it back to them and see if they will just send me a turret press or something in its place.

Interesting add ons thanks for sharing. Going to go with bench height mounting or at least that's the plan. I'm not an overly tall guy.

The link was not for the mount, but for the roller handle.

Right saw that sorry, got sidetracked by the mount and ended up looking at that as well as bin ends and handle. Lots of new crap to buy. Hoping to offset cost by selling 300 blk ammo 👍

Got the LNL press tonight, working on cleaning it up.  For mounting...I have a 6' HD bamboo top bench.  My single stage is on the right end of it and has worked great there.  Thinking of mounting it about a foot inward from the single stage, so i still have room to access both.  Any thoughts or issues with that?  Anyone have any suggestions about multiple press locations I am not thinking of?

You will want it on the left side of your single stage. You have to sit left of it with the factory ram arm. With that one i linked earlier it allows you to sit right in front of it so you can easily watch all the stages and visually verify a powder charge. I initiallt set mine up 10" from my single, but quickly moved it farther away. Its 26" now.
