In that range you have a pretty good selection of possibilities including:
Bushnell Legend 15-45x60 or 20-60x80
Bushnell Elite 15-45x60 or 20-60x70
Nikon Spotter XL II 16-48x60
Nikon Prostaff 16-48x65 or 20-60x82
Leupold Gold Ring Compact 15-30x50
If you are willing to stretch your budget a little bit more (to just under $700,) you could get the 20-60x80 Bushnell Elite or the 13-30x50 Nikon Fieldscope.
Any of these would serve your intended purposes admirably. Which one you choose depends on your perception of each product's ergonomics and also on your intended uses. For example, are you going to pack the scope around with you alot or is your deer and turkey scouting done primarily from your vehicle? If you will be packing it, how far do you plan on going and with what other gear? Will you use the scope for other purposes like astronomy? etc.
Personally I find that anything above 30x is generally useless when hunting due to heat mirage. This also is a good magnification for range use. I don't generally find that I need a scope with an 80+mm objective as I get all the resolution I need/want from smaller scopes. Plus, I carry mine around in my pack a lot so, I don't want the extra size or weight these bigger scopes entail. I do enjoy amateur astronomy so, I would like a scope that was capable of perfoming this duty as well. Were I in your position I would really want to stretch a bit if I could and get the Nikon Fieldscope (mostly because Nikon has an adapter that allows for easy use of this scope with a digital camera for "digiscoping.") If that just wasn't feasible, it would come down to a choice between the 15-45x60 Bushnell Elite and the 15-30x50 Leupold Gold Ring Compact.
------------- What if the hokey pokey really is what it's all about?
