I have the opportunity to get a new Vortex Razor Spotting scope at great pricing.  I do not want a large spotting scope, so not sure if I need the 11-33X50 or the 16-48-65.
I go to Kansas every year and would like something to use from my truck window glassing across fields in low light.  I am planning on going to Wyoming for mule deer hunting next fall. What do y'all recommend???

IMHO The Razor is a very nice scope I think you would be happier with the higher magnafacation offering as the lower end of both scopes are not over the top. And when counting points on a nice rack over a long distance more is always better. The larger objective of the more powerful offering gives you a slight light gathering edge as well. I own and use there 20-60x85 offering and like it a lot. Good luck you can't go wrong with anything Vortex they are outstanding people with very fine products.

Enough is to much.

I have used all three sizes.  Since you aren't backpacking, I would suggest the 65mm or the 85mm.  The 65 is quite a bit lighter and should work from a window mount easily.  48x is enough, IMO, if you don't want a large scope, as you mentioned.
