Not that particular model, but have both their 3-15X and 4-20X tactical models.  No complaints with either but glass/optics quality is not as good as what is in the SWFA 5-20X

Even with the 5X erector and greater top end magnification, I would stick with the SWFA 5-20X (unfortunately may not be an option for you).  Higher magnification can always been inviting, but there is always a trade off.

Scope is a big one at 40oz, which I would expect with the 5x erector and 34mm tube.  Like that they added illumination, which is lacking in the models I have.

The stats for their field of view must be incorrect.  Website reflects 9.36 feet at 100 yards on 6x and 1.36 feet at 100 yards at 30x seems narrow compared to the field of view numbers on their 4-20X  (25.1 feet and 5 feet respectively).

I had the 3X15X50 with the Ill EMDR.  Scope was heavy but well put together.  I could have driven fence posts with it if need be.  The turrets were not as crisp and positive in the stops as I would have likes, little play in them.  The EMDR was fine for distance and range work but was busy in hunting situations especially in dense cover.  The illumination left a lot to be desired for me, even on the lowest setting it flooded the image at dusk, might have been due to the whole reticle being illuminated.

All in all, it wasn't a bad scope but I'd opt for a Trijicon over it any day, in fact that is what I replaced it with.

the S.W.F.A 5-20 should be better than the 2 you mention considering the difference in price.nice to see a comparison between the new model and the 5-20 Big Smile

I would be interested too. The SWFA 5-20x isn't a fair comparison to the two Weaver tacticals I mentioned given the HD glass. Just not sure if Weaver stepped up the optics in their 6-30x model.
