Ok..heres an issue that may stump most of you... My plan is shoot a pop can at 800 yards..wait it gets better..using a pcp air rifle in .308 cal with 130 or my other option 220 grn spitzer with an average of 1000 fps discharge ..bc's on 130 probably .500 the 220 .650. . elevation 3800. .now ive seen done to 640 yrds.. but is there a scope out there that can make up for that much drop on a subsonic ? anythings possible i guess also i have the option of being just straight out to target or elevated anywere up to 800 ft side up hill..lets help me get shot made dont wanna here you cant cuz i will ! just thought help would be nice instead of blowing off a hundred rounds and getting pissed before i nail it...Thanx guys

Do you know what kind of drop in that is? Measurement?

You will need close to 40 mils to do that. Something like a swfa 10xhd and a 40 moa base might do it

I have to agree with this.  The SWFA SS's are 50 cal rated and should hold up as well as give you the glass you'll need for a shot like this.

I'll be filming my hit and miss's and put up a link for youtube unless theres hours of miss's hahahha. Another thing im trying to figure out will be the best temp to shoot in as its winter and the density of air in gun shrinking and out side air .a big math problem no one really has an answer for.so if it all works out at least ill b able to have data posted for those interested and bragging rights for a .as people tease a pellet gun   ..thanx for info ..i think id pretty much be maxed out at 800 .well data says could travel as far as 4100 yrds so maybe down the line inch up 50 yrds at a time once the 800 is made....to eventually make 1000.. hopes and dreams but some dont even have that

If you have  a reticle with marked increments such as a mil-dot you an set up on one of the dots, or as one of my scopes, a mil-diamond. This gives  a tremendous amount of vertical adjustment. This avoids the need for extra bases and etc-"variables".  Have done this at IBS matches and it works just fine.
