Just quick question for the experts on here. I've looked at the US Optics scopes and the prices are to me super expensive. My question is are they that awesome of a rifle scope? I have a Trijicon 5x20x50 on my Rem 300 Win mag hunting rifle and Trijicon 3x9 scope on an AR-15 and another Trijicon 1x4 on an AR chambered in 300 blackout. I've never been a fan of Leupold scopes and recently purchased a Vortex Viper HD 5x20 that I find is right up there with the Trijicon. But never been behind a US Optic scope of any kind. Can anyone on here give me the pro and cons of their products?

Yes, definitely! I find US Optics to be extremely good scopes. Mechanicaly speaking they will stand against any competition and their illuminated reticles are best and I mean it. I have looked through every tactical scope I could and there is none that beats US Optics on the illumination. They are just awesome!
The optics are very clear as well and with a SURPRISING light transmission. Againast competitors such as Nightforce and Vortex they rock. When compared with scopes such as Hensoldt however, they get a little weaker, but on the other hand, nobody on this planet beats Hensoldt. Big Smile
The US Optics are scopes that do the job like few others. They are easy to work with, and will deliver solidly. Go for it and you won't regret it!

Pros:
customizable to how you want it built
extremely durable
made in the US
great mechanical design and execution (turrets, etc)

Cons:
Glass is not as good as Kahles, SB, etc.. (about like the Trijicon)
heavy
illumination on digital setup doesn't get dim enough for ultra low light use

I like their stuff a lot and ran a 3-17 for a few years
A buddy is testing the new 1-8 right now and I got to play with it the other day, cool scope.
