A few weeks ago I ordered an IZH 60 pellet gun, with peep sights.  I have a lot of eye problems and couldn't see crap through it, so I replaced it with a very cheap scope and that seemed to solve the problem.

Now I have two Airsoft guns coming.  One is a sniper rifle, and comes with a scope.  The other is an H&K machine gun, and I need to buy sights for it.  I was thinking of getting a red dot type sight.  Seems like there are roughly three types.  The old round tube design, one that looks a little like a funnel, and the last being what I always called a holographic sight (NEOTech being a big name).
Any thoughts on which of these would be best for a full auto Airsoft gun?

Ohh IZH-60/61 My first love Big Smile

As for scopes. A lot of airsoft users buy cheap replicas of famous scopes like ACOG, Aimpoint and so on. The deal is that you don't need all that features original scope give you, and it's more important to have authentical view of your gun build. As for me, I prefer Aimpoint-like scopes with tiny red dot . Or well, you can go to cheap EOtech replica, but it wont be holographical for sure. If you have an option to look through it before you buy (I mean local shops) then I think this will make things clear for you.

btw H&K has a lot of machine guns, which one will you get?

Thanks for the tip.  That's an amazing looking gun.  I think one thing non gun people don't get is that guns are beautiful.  They can even be art.

Thanks, its IZH-61 conversion to PCP Bullpup, overall cost increased to about 450$ but, well, who cares Smile

If you need low-cost not authentical looking RDS, I'd say ZOS, u can buy those at 25-30$ I believe. Tried Vector Optics Sphynx or how it's called - dot looks way too big for me.
