Leatherwood Hi-Lux Uni-Dial U8.5-25x50MD scope  The windage adjustment turret moves freely with discernable clicks. The elevation turret (with thr 10 flags for various zero settings) moves rather stiffly through the range and has NO CLICKS.

Is this the way the scope is supposed to work or should the elevation turret click as well?

I know this scope has been discontinued and replaced with the 7-3-x50  30mm tiube model but I'm hoping a member has one and can let me know.

Thanks...Appreciated

I only have experience with the 7-30x50 Uni-Dial and that scope had clicks in both turrets.

Are you sure they are properly tightened?

Hi,

Appreciate your reply and info. Yes turret screws are tight.
