I am looking to put a scope on my new Tikka T3 7mm08.

Was looking at either Leupold VXII 3*9*40 or Bushnell Elite 3200 or 4200.

Have been told the Leupold VXII ultralight 3*9*33 would be another good choice and is better than the standard 3*9*40 VXII.

Has anyone used this scope and know if it has a bigger FOV at 100 yards and gathers more light than the standard *40 scope.

Any advice will be helpfull, looking to spend in the $300-$400 price range.

FOV vx11 is 32 and 14 for ultra 34 and 13.5 - not enough to really tell in practical usage. No scope "gathers" light. the ultra is 4 oz lighter and this alone would sway me into putting on a sweet little carry rifle like your Tikka..
