I want to add a scope to my old semiauto 22lr and I've got the chance to buy one of the following scopes, they're all new but some where stored for quite a long time:

Tasco 4x15mm
BSA Catseye Rifle Hunting Scope 3-10X44
Weaver K4-1

I'd like to use it for plinking and some informal target shooting up to 100 or 150 yards.

Thank you in advance for your advice!

SWFA has a 4X28 for $15.00  It is 8" long and 1 pound with steel rings.
Clear and solid aluminum black semi gloss.

Does it have a reticle to easy the work of sighting at "standard" 22 rimfire distances? i.e. 50, 100, 150 yards.

Is there something lighter than 1 pound out there while keeping the price down? Preferably 6".

Just has a Plex cross hair and looks to be Parallax at 80-100 yards.

Does currently manufactured Tasco scopes have a good service life? Can I expect them to last as much as a gun? Always rimfire guns. I've seen some blister packages that even come with rings - 10" long.

I have a Tasco 3-9X40 World Class and it seem to hold up on AR-15.

You might like to look at this.  SWFA Part No. 3345    $49.95 on  The  Samplelist.

> Tasco 3-9X40 World Class

What reticle does it have?

Between the above scope and the following two models which one would you pick up and why?

Barska 4x32 Air Gun Scope - MilDot
Bushnell 4x32 .22 Rimfire Scope - Multi-X

Before hearing from you my tendency would be to choose the Barska because it does have a MilDot reticle so it would be easier to hold on distant targets.
