A friend sent me this link.  Tourist were visiting the Tomb of The Unknown Soldier.  As usual they were self absorbed talking loudly and laughing.  I can see that the 'powers that be' chose the right man for the honor of being one of the Old Guard.  He made me proud! Excellent Excellent Excellent Salute

Thank you for sharing. It's incredible how many self absorbed people there are. No respect for something so sacred.

Ignorant morons....this is no different than people talking and carrying on during the national anthem. I told a bunch of kids to STFU during a local football game last year. They just looked at me funny.

I pull no punches with idiot kids who are spoiled little brats and don't appreciate a damn thing. Why? Because almost everything is handed to the majority of kids these days. They don't understand hard work, accountability, responsibility etc. Something so simple as shutting the hell up during the national anthem shouldn't need to be addressed but in this country, we're going the way of the political correctness movement and acceptance of people who strive to be average or less than so.....sorry that's not how i was brought up, that's not why i fought for this nation and it's not how i'll raise my kids to be.

Like i said, STFU and show some respect.

When my dad was doing reserve duty @ the Pentagon one summer my younger sister (5) got chewed out for stepping too close to the tomb. Later, when my mom told him about it, he said that's just the way it goes. Personally, I'd prefer that small children not get the crap scared out of them, but agree that anyone old enough to know better deserves it.

Well done. This country is raising up a generation of jerk-offs.  Pretty soon they will all be voting and crapping on police cars in public.  We had all better start to Pro-create at a faster pace.
