Finally got some snow last weekend and got to do some hunting.  I really like the .204... it's very fast.  This one was about 150 yds (maybe less) and I didn't have to lead it.  I love that sound it makes when the bullet hits home... SMACK!

I love to coyote hunt as well. Can't imagine doing it in the snow though. These are from South Texas last week. Browing Bar in .270 WSM. 130 gr Barnes TTSX. I know, a bit of overkill but I was hog hunting that area too and didn't want to carry two rifles.

Burt county.... near Decatur.  It was a real nice coat!

Update,  Kid got one today.... it's coat not near as nice.... as in, almost didn't have one.  Think we might have done it a favor.  it's been down to 0, -1 last couple of nights.  He made a good shot, running at about 175 - 200 yds.  the .204 Strikes again!

Good deal.

That stinkin Mange did a good number on 'em back where I'm from.  I haven't seen a coyote during deer season in 3-4 years.

That's impressive that little 204 can knock one down out that far.

I'm very impressed with the .204.  Gonna try and pick-up another one this weekend at the Elkhorn Valley Rifle Club's Gun Show in Fremont.
